Upon receiving your package, please immediately inspect the dates for any signs of transit damage or quality discrepancies.

Capture clear photographs of the product and the original packaging to serve as evidence for your claim.

Email our customer service team with your order number and the attached photos to request a replacement or refund.
Resolution
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and, if approved, will issue a store credit or dispatch a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
